So far the only plants I have found reported to deter moles are euphorbia, elderberry and castor bean plant.

At the moment Euphorbia is favorite as it is the roots of the growning plant they do not pass by.

Elderberry is certainly one I will try. although it seams to me making a big enough hole to lay the branches in their runs as suggested will do more damage than the moles so maybe we will try putting shreddings into their holes.

I am not planning to try Castor Bean as the seeds are deadly.
